RETURNS

If you need to return unused materials please contact our sales office via e-mail sales@tyneinsulation.co.uk or by telephone during office hours (Mon-Fri 8am to 5pm) on 0191 257 8640. To assist us to find your original order, please could you quote the sales order or cash sale invoice number when contacting us. Only goods that are returned in undamaged good saleable condition (i.e. how you would expect them to be delivered) would be eligible for credit. By their nature, many of the products we supply are easily damaged when moving around site and should be stored in dry conditions. We would urge customers to measure carefully the amount of materials required prior to ordering our sales team are happy to assist with information, product sizes and pack coverage. The re-stocking charge is 25% of the goods value plus an additional charge of £30.00 + Vat to cover haulage if our transport is used to collect the goods. Please ensure that there is assistance available on site to help our drivers load the vehicles. Once goods are returned they will be inspected prior to the refund being issued. Please allow 5-7 working days for refunds to be processed.

ULTRA LINER INSULATED PLASTERBOARDS

Due to the nature of these boards we are unable to accept any returns of Ultra Liner insulated plasterboards.

BE-SPOKE OR NON-STANDARD STOCK ITEMS

We cannot accept returns or cancellation of items that are specially manufactured or items that are specially purchased for supply that are outside our normal stocked item range.
